TREASURER HAND BOOK
FORMS FOR REINBURSEMENT
YOUR GLA MUST FILL THIS OUT AND TURN THEM IN. PLEASE WORK WITH THEM TO LEARN THE PROCESS.
SPECIAL BUDGET FOR SOME GRADE LEVEL PHILANTHROPIES
-7th GradeSharing Place $50 (for tie-dying supplies for Ceceile unless she has another project!)
-9th GradeRonald McDonald House $300 (to purchase food for meals)
-10th Grade Road Home $150 (to purchase food for meals)
These above line items may be spent by GLA's and they will need to provide receipts to be reimbursed
EVERY GRADE LEVEL HAS THE FOLLOWING BUDGET:
Each GLA has $100.00 per grade level for Philanthropic endeavors. This money may be spent by the GLA's for the grade level BUT ONLY ON PHILANTHROPIES (example the 8th grade wanted to buy toys or books for The Children's Center as a holiday grade level activity and host a holiday party )
All GLA's also have another $50 per grade for NON- PHILANTHROPIC ACTIVITIES (this can be used for tickets for a cultural activity, we used ours for supplies for a baking class and also supplies for a personal vision board for each of the girls, etc).
Please encourage your Mom's to donate food for their grade level meetings so that we are not
reimbursing anyone for that expense. VP Philanthropy Kim Smart has additional funding for philanthropy projects, so you may request additional funds for your philanthropy upon approval from the VP Philanthropy.
