 Ticktocker Leadership Opportunity Program “TLO”

The TLO Program is designed to encourage Ticktocker leadership.  The program seeks to give Ticktockers an outlet to initiate a project or event and utilize unique talents and abilities.  While working within the NCL structure, Ticktockers will gain valuable leadership and planning skills and receive award recognition.

There are two ways a Ticktocker can participate in the TLO Program.

1. By initiating, creating and leading a new project/event.

2. By organizing and leading any project/event.

Ticktockers will log TLO hours under Philanthropy or League with the description:

 

“My TLO Project.”

Completed TLO Projects will be recognized at our Chapter Awards Event.
